Ever since Bob and Linda Utter established the vineyard in 2005, the team has been busy cultivating cold-climate, hardy varietals. Their first harvest was in 2007, and in 2010, the Utter family opened Flying Otter Winery. The pavilion tasting room was completed in 2012.
