Here you will find a listing of all current FlyingOtter wines that are available.

The same wine as our Chancellor, but aged for two years in oak barrels, adding a richness and additional complexity of flavor.

Food Pairings

Apple Bacon Tomato Soup
Muffaletta Stuffed Baguette with Herb Aoili

Noiret  - SOLD OUT

This peppery, toasted oak, dry red with hints of berry is a favorite with red meats and robust cheeses. It pairs great with your favorite gourmet burger as well..

2012 Frontenac

A  blend of Frontenac, St. Croix, and Sabrevois from Row 106 of our vineyard.  Each grape brings distinct flavor and character to create a dry red with a uniquely Flying Otter complexity.  Limited quantities.

Red Red Red Red Wine  -  2 bottles

This is a blend of 2015 "106" and 2015 Petite Pearl. You can tell from the very limited bottling that there wasn't enough harvest of any of these grapes to make it worthwhile to bottle separately. The addition of the Petite Pearl to the "106" makes a significant difference and enhances the complexity of the "old world" rustic flavor.

Marquette Marquette  - SOLD OUT

Hand crafted from our Marquette grapes. Marquette is a cold hardy relative of Pinot Noir developed at the University of Minnesota and features dark cherry, berry, and spice aromas and flavors. Limited quantities.

Holiday  Holiday  - very low supply

This is a blend in equal proportions of 2012 Marquette, 2012 Noiret, and 2011 Frontenac. This is the winemaker's current favorite dry red. A wonderfully complex blend. You just have to try it.
