Artichoke Dip

Gingerbread Cookies

Goes well with Flying Otter Riesling.

1 can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup shredded swiss sheese
3 green onions sliced, or 2 slices onion, chopped
1/2 small can diced green chiles
1 pickled jalapeno (optional) chopped

Mix all; Heat in microwave until cheese melts, stir.
(can be baked in 350 oven till bubbly)
